A few weeks ago I went back and got some more pieces of crystal discussed earlier here: http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/rocks-gems/455950-what-mineral.html
These were big enough do do something with so I tried my hand at lapidary and was very pleased with the results.

They aren't anything amazing, but the pictures aren't great either.

Very nice. I especially like the rectangle one, it seems like a very pleasing shape. Quite a transformation from the stone on the other thread!

Yes, I like that one most as well. That one was my second go at it so it turned out a little better, it helped also that I chose a simpler shape for that one. I really like it's deep orange, almost brown, color.
