Was debating on posting this one,
as it's one of those things that
could be several.
Fence finial, Lightening rod Finial, etc.

I suppose unless somone has the exact same thing
or a pic of one, We'll never nail it down.

But it was found at an old Barn saturday while
Hunting with DJM.

With the two grooves around the base, it looks like it was made to snap into an insulator, and it has what appears to be a wire on the inside, so my guess would be on the lightning rod theory.

my bad that's dirt in it
but agree it looks like it was unsulated

Yes as pointy as it is, If it's old enough to have existed,
It would have made a Good Rigging as one :D
