I found this today and I'm not sure what it is. It does not seem to be a bullet. There is no rifling marks on it. It seem like lead but has something else in it that makes it a little harder than lead. There was a hole drilled in the side of it where it broke off that makes it look like it was pinned. I also found an old hoe some sort of pin and a piece of a pot that was 14 inches down and was located with burnt wood around it. It was found on top of a very high ridge about a 1/4 mile from the main river. We know that some where on the property was and old reveloutionary fort and a civil war camp. Some buttons have been found scattered about but nothing in an concentrated area. The property size is about four thousand acres. thanks for helping out once again.
