Finds from a worked out site

Just had these finds from a site that I considered just about worked out a couple of years ago. The coins are small ,one being a Richard 11 halfpenny 1377-99 london mint, the other a Charles 1 penny 1625-49. The buckle is Medieval 13th/14th Century.

Richard II as you know is a hard one to get (or a least it is in this neck of the woods).

Dang!! I thought these 1900's homestead's were old? I can't touch stuff like that here in Arizona. The state was only adopted in 1912!!
