Awesome detail on the finds. Never done bags of coin only boxes, what type of bank do you order bags of coin from?

Excellent finds as always, saw you score a few Indians and 15D wheat. What did you get in the loose half dollars? Great Job!

How many silver quarters have you found during your CRH efforts? I am getting the itch to do small volume Brinks quarters, but I am curious to see if you get consistant results. My thought is that so many people CRH halves, then dimes. Maybe quarters are the new dimes? HH

A lot of people post good reports on their finds, but nobody does it like you. You even got it down to the type of reeding on your 1968 Canadian nickel dime -- AWESOME!!! Reading your finds on a monthly basis is one of the best things on TNet!!!

Great volume, sweet finds on the cents and dimes. It's too bad the Twin Cities look dry for halves, it's that way too in SE Wisconsin.

Wow you get a AAA PLUS For detail. If i did that i would have to cut my boxes in half!! Its a lot for me to keep track every day.Nice finds

real nice job on the dime bags.

I don't order bags. I just pickup whatever the banks I stop at have available. Some weeks it's nothing, other weeks it might be 13 or 15 bags between all banks. And some weeks I stop at additional banks.

I must have missed those... a couple of 40%'ers total if I remember right

Quarters are inconsistent. I might go $5000 without a single one and then get 4 in the next $3000. A couple years ago I had a couple of bags with 10 each. If you do quarters, don't expect high numbers, but there are some out there.

The Twin Cities has been dry for half boxes for years (long before most of the country went dry). There used to be a few more, but I have never done well with boxes here. A few years ago I was able to do okay with picking up bags from a number of banks, but most banks stopped selling those so its a lot tougher.

BTW: The type of reeding on the non-silver 1968 Canadian dime is actually a mintmark of sorts... I don't remember exactly without looking it up (so someone correct me if I am wrong), but one type was minted in Ottawa and the other type was minted in Philadelphia.

Awesome totals, you did great, especially with them indian head cents...

Must have been a CRH'ers dump, do you come across many problems with a CRH'ers dumped bag?

You are correct, I believe V=Ottawa.

May or may not have been a CRH'ers dump... could just be coincidence too.

Very rarely do I come across bags that were clearly dumped by someone who searched them already, but I have had a couple. The most notable being a bag that was 100% 1982-D pennies a years back.

What is this?

In 2003 Canada changed the queen's image from the one with a crown (or Diademed) like it had been in previous years to one without a crown (or Uncrowned) in the middle of the year. The P actually refers to the metal that the coin was made out of and I believe the P means it was made from plated steel.

I knew that, just didn't know a crown can be called a diademed.
