Its not much. But after 2 weeks when i started hunting and nothing but pulltabs/bottle caps/beer and soda cans. This is a good sight to me.I got home after i had searched 3 different parks nothing.Fed the dogs.As i was sitting down my collie picked up the harbor freight md dragged it to me.So we went in the back yard.First beep about 6 inches down. This is what i got.I think iam going to take her with me everytime i go hunting.Iam heading to the beach tomorrow maybe this find will bring me good luck.Trust me finding that was a boost..

Sorry dumb question - what type of tool is is?

I'm probably wrong but it looks like a tool that someone would use to turn a home water meter on and off

Easyrider thats what my neighbor says. But iam going to go to the ace hardware store tomorrow. The guys in there know any tool you bring in and ask about..

Looks like a nail puller/pry bar to me. I've used similar looking tools to demo in prep for remodeling. In my younger years.

Looks like some kinda funky crowbar. Regardless, congrats and HH!

Good ID Old Noob, fence staple puller, hammer head, nail puller, pry bar- Used one often mending fence for a farmer one summer, that and a pair of pliers.

Thanks guys i had no idea what it was.

Yep, nail puller. Quite a handy tool actually!

When you get to the beach, just sit back to relax or take a refreshing swim -- while your busy collie dog does ALL the detecting & digging! Well, first you might tune the dog up by having her sniff some gold, platinum & silver so she knows what you're really after, lol. :tongue3: Andi

Ain't that the truth g-olden years. But i had to cancel the beach today. My dad needed me to move some stuff for him.Guess who was available with his truck today. But later the collie and i will search the backyard again..But as i said that was a boost for me to find that yesterday. After nothing but pulltabs and bottle caps.
