Finally, something to post

Hello, i haven't been around much because i realized on a 4 day trip without the computer that i was spending too much time here and not in the real world. Anyways, i haven't found much worth posting, but i did find this cool play nickel which proves that something is in the field I'm working. With less than 20 days left of school, i will be out more with my MD and hopefully find something shiny.

In other news, i visited an antique store and saw a booth with some bowls of coins in them. One was tokens for .50 each and another was foreign for .10 each. Here is what i got:

Civil war token, nice shape (pretty good for .50 cents)
several transit tokens
3 liberty tokens (made from statue of liberty copper)

then some coins for .10
more transit tokens
a British 2 shillings
1969 Jamaican 10 cents
worn German coin I'm sure is silver (3 kruzar? 1829?)
Filipino coin
and a WWII Italian coin

plus i got a nice antique saw for 16 dollars to hang in my room
