Thought I'd hit up my grandparents yard due to my hunting out all the parks in town and I was surprisingly shocked by the goodies that I pulled up.
About ten minutes in I had a loud ringer and pulled up my first cap gun. It's beyond roached but I'd rather get a rusty toy then a rusty can any day.

After not even a peep from the rest of the front yard I moved to the back and found a rusty tin that I prayed would have coins inside but it was full of sand and some really deteriorated cloth and couldn't make out any writing (bummer).

Moving on. The rest of the yard was almost silent as well until I I was just about finished and out popped my first silver of the year!

It may not be super old but hey I've been in a slump lately where I can't break the 60's barrier so I'll take it and just to top it off when I was finished I found out my gramma baked me a cake while I was hunting. Can't beat grammas!
All in all a great day!

Man that's awesome! Finding silver and THEN you get to go in and eat some cake? Sweet deal! Honestly that's how it should be...you have a great find, then suddenly someone appears and gives you cake!
