Just a quick intro on myself - found this web site over the winter and have been reading almost every day - now its time to get out there, find some old coins
and post em. I've been detecting on and off for about 15yrs---Probably more off...but it is still my #1 hobby(I DONT CARE WHAT MY FRIENDS SAY)
followed closely by hunting, fishing,shooting pool, etc. etc. - Its been a real pleasure reading your articles and watching the videos -Hope everyone gets a

Well it's about time Jerry! Welcome to the forum. This is where we go when we cannot hunt, so that we may (forgive the cliche) live vicariously through the posts of others often much more successful than ourselves. Sometimes, I even find something cool and post it too, lol.

What kind/s of hunting do you do? I see you're using an E-Trak. My hopes of finding oldies has suddenly diminished a bit due to that fact. Save some for us!

If you become a regular here, and I have to refer to you as Jerry, I will constantly be reminded of my boss, who's name also happens to be Gerry, but spelled with a "G". And the best part is? His last name is Garcia. Seriously! But that's not a bad thing because he's a pretty cool amigo.

I hope we can get a big group together again soon!
