The badge is a pin for an assisting nurse ("Schwesternhelferin") in the German Red Cross ("Deutsches Rotes Kreuz"). It's from WW2 as you can surmise by the swastika...
Can't help with the other two. #2 maybe a medieval lice-comb? Hahaha
