finally got a short thaw

we finally put 3 days of above freezing temps together so I snuck out to the beach for 2 days about 5 hours total. found 3 glass jar lids, 1 large and 2 small., my usual pound of sinkers,another 1700's colour button,a 1974 penny and a 1928 wheat penny,plus a couple of brass pieces, and finally another rock with a hole drilled through it. not much but it beat the hell out of sitting inside for 2 more days.

I agree with you on that. It sure beats sitting in the house staring out the window, but I'm sure looking forward to an early Spring.

Good finds, like me today a short cold hunt is better then none its always good to get out

amen to an early spring, I will also add an our father and hail mary to expedite the warmer temperatures. one good sign is the geese are still here, they usually leave if it is going to be a very cold or long winter, plus the squirrels have thin tails.
