Went out in the howling wind on Saturday. The tide was extra low. Walked on the beach and eyeballed a quarter. OK good start especially for this beach.
First target = pull-tab. Second target ring. Thought it was a class ring but turned out to be 14k onyx with what I hope is diamonds around it.
More pull tabs more can salad. Then the silver ring with a red stone. It has some strange writing on it but I can live with it.
Went back out Sunday and about froze my butt off. I found a good amount of change and a half heart charm marked 14k. So its getting better.

My wife (Seeing the dollar signs) took the ring to a jeweler and they tested the stones and said they were diamonds.
Didn't have it appraised yet. But hey i thought they were fake. So now I am doing the happy jig.
