Finally found a shard and possible flake

Well, pickins have been slim for me the last couple weeks and the creek the lowest I've seen it in a while, got a storm last night but not enough to move anything so I've been digging into the bank where I've found points and shards and got lucky today. The shard has been really tumbled in the creek but it has a nice curve, now the stone piece has the look and feel of a flake but it's a little bigger than other flakes I've found. It has a slight bubble on one side and flaking on the other and real thin, not sure what type stone it is so if anyone knows then I would love feedback on it, and it might not even be a flake lol, thanks for looking!

Thanks GatorBoy and I was thinking it's either that or argilite. Either way it's a type of stone I rarely see among all the rocks and pebbles in the creek and catches the eye when you see it.

Very cute, it thought it was hiding in the grass but it was brown and spotted and the grass was green. I looked around to make sure mom or dad wasn't going to get me then tried to take a pic with my phone. I did but it didn't come out good. After that I took off alls I could think about was dads antlers sticking me. Im sure they were watching me some place.
