Finally after 6 weeks, I am able to get back to beach detecting; old silver finds..

from an old "out of the way" beach that I had never detected.

Just happened to discover this beach while driving around the other day.

I have to get back there... hunted only a couple of hours this time; have to take care not to over work the back digging in those rocks.

I've had nothing to post for some time now, but I have been viewing all the terrific finds on the forum; Congrats to all on the fine detecting!


Beach was down to "bare bones"...lots of rocks and wooden ( ? old pier) remnants to dig in and around.

Finding detecting spots is getting more and more difficult but you seem to have a great talent for sniffing them out. How many of us beach hunters find the old silver coins? Great detecting on your part!
