I happened to stumble on an estate sale while taking my daughter to camp. I immediately saw about six jewelry bags and after quick search I decided to buy three of them for six dollars each. They never have jewelry bags in my neck of the woods so I was pleased to have an opportunity to search some and was pleasantly surprised when I found three 14 karat gold necklaces and a pair of 14 karat gold earrings. Surprisingly there was only three small bits sterling silver.
I also got a nice 14 karat gold filled necklace with a carved stone duck pendant and a ladies 14 karat white gold filled watch bracelet at least I think that is what it is. The most surprising thing was some bagged Sterling and I pulled out this absolutely wonderful Amber and sterling hallmarked letter opener for only $5. How was that still there 45 minutes after it opened?? EBay comps show between $60 and $125.
