FINAL REGS POSTED FOR DREDING IN CA.

Re: FINAL REG'S POSTED FOR DREDING IN CA.

CDFG website has the horror story--to be continued :evil5: NEVER,2016 BBBSSSSS at $10,000+++ a permit, for a specific spot for a few days F'M'-----John

Re: FINAL REG'S POSTED FOR DREDING IN CA.

This is all about the money! Our government is going broke because of poor management. Here in NC you now have to purchase a permit ($50.00) to drive your truck on the beach for one day. I95 through NC will soon be a toll road. Raising taxes is a bad political move, but "fees" and tolls are acceptable. The day is soon comming when only the elite will be able to enjoy federally owned land purchased by middle class tax money. I sent out a few emails to help our friends in CA. My only regret is that I don't have the money to fight our greedy government, but if I had the money I would probably be in bed with them sucking the blood out of middle class America. Good luck my friends!

Re: FINAL REG'S POSTED FOR DREDING IN CA.

1500 x $10,000.00=$15,000,000.00 Is that 15 million? My math skills must be wrong?

Re: FINAL REG'S POSTED FOR DREDING IN CA.

Your math is great, in 4 1/2 years you "might" :tongue3:----3 permits, all site specific, inspections at each site your gonna try,2 waterboard permits(they are holding hearings to ban dredging anyhow soon) EIR states specifically miners must PAY ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED TO PROGRAM, now $2+ MILLION a year without a single dredge in the water. :evil5: F'M' John--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Re: FINAL REG'S POSTED FOR DREDING IN CA.

Mercury Program? Do these people in Sacramento have any idea how many TONS of mercury have been removed and safely disposed of by dredgers in California?

Re: FINAL REG'S POSTED FOR DREDING IN CA.

Not to mention lead, cadmium, and other heavy metals as well as compounds which are removed by dredgers and safely disposed of.

Re: FINAL REG'S POSTED FOR DREDING IN CA.

Suddenly mercury is dangerous again so the water boarders have to clean the lakes, reservoirs’
This from the same dumassleftwingnuts forced CFLs into our homes
C how smart the 99% percent are
Of all the activities that is enjoyed on our waterways only one removes these heavy metals, all others introduce them
Two case studies done by the water resoures board themselves
One was dredging with a 98% recovery of elemental mercury, the other by Diane Funnystien on the Combie reservoirs with a 80% recovery’
Notice how they only mention Mercury to the public, not Methylmercury or Elemental mercury Yes there is a huge difference, removing the latter prevents the former
Its is the Methylmercury that is dangerous
u r welcome to critique me on this as i would like to be better prepared
I will be attending this meeting loaded for elephant
