Filmdom's Prettiest Bathing Beauties

Ok I know its a stamp of some kind... I think it dates to the 1930's but that is about it... can anyone else find anything on it? I think its very unique... I've not seen one like it...

I did post it on the today's finds but I should of posted it here...

From a January 1920 Corpus Christi newspaper:

It was a stage show.

Newspaper printing block, that's probably the coolest one I've seen on here! Nice save!

I wish I done better on recovering it.... here is what I wrote on the other thread...

I got a solid quarter signal at 3 inches I was for sure I was going to bring up a silver quarter... but at 3 inches there was no quarter it was deeper... so I kept digging... knowing it was no longer a quarter I had to see what it was... now about this time I hit it and you can see the results... and I then assumed it was a can... but as any good hunter you just have to get it out and see what it is... so I keep digging... and because I think its a can I hit it again and again... I still can't get it out... so i widen the hole which I should of in the first place.... I get it out of the ground and this is what I got... its 4 inches by 4 inches made of lead and covered by copper... before you all make me feel bad about my crummy digging habits I already do... but in my defense I thought it was a can. dang I wish was face down...

I for one can testify that this picture has no sexual content. I think this must be what the oldtimers mean when they refer to a bathing beauty as being built like a brick outhouse. Tastes have changed over the years and I am glad! Monty
