hi all , Late yesterday i went back to a new spot just too have a bit of a look.Started digging up a 1949 half-penny and and old copper tin.When out of blue,from under the rock next to me i could here "Hissing" Moved the rock and a 2 foot lizard was looking at me. So far i have dug a snake , ground toad and now a lizard. What next ??? :laughing7: :laughing7: :laughing7:

Good thing we don't have 2 foot lizards here in Maryland. ;D I was tromping through the thorns yesterday looking for an old foundation, and was thinking to myself, good thing there's no (or not many) rattlesnakes around these parts either.

Nice find on the coin :icon_thumleft: The closest thing I have in New Jersey to that lizard is the ferocious 1 1/2" red eft :laughing9:

Yes a bluey and if the lizards are on the move so are the snakes

those snakes are what you need to worry about..I think you have more poisonous snakes then non down there...
