Fields almost ready

Got 5 days of rain coming so it may actually be a week before I hunt it though and if skeeters are as bad as they were today it may be longer. ::)
Figure I would Show you all A pic of my flared bit celt tip I found on a creek island bar and a cool pic of what the view looked like from the field last summer.

Heres a pic from the east edge of field lookind West southwest, neat cumulus cloud way out there ;D

Decided to give it a shot even though weve only had 2 inches and I found a couple midsections and got a pic of a neat lizard.

Gorgeous lizard. Is it some type of racerunner?
 

Some on another forum mentined that kind and a skink also but they were from places like california and texas. I see lizards and salamanders all the time but not one like this. Not being cheesy but it gave me more of an appreciation of NATURE and sure hope hes not around when they use theyre roundup though theyve been using a little for years and its still here. I hear ones like this are fast :laughing7:
