I've got a few things to identify.

The first, a little cap thing that says,
"SIMILAC
PACK FIRMLY AND LEVEL
SIMILAC"

The other side is a little folded over, right where there looks to be a tab?

The second find is 4 brass bullet casings.
It has on each one,
a circle with four small, pin size dots in the circle.
on the bottom it says,
LC 89

The last item, I have NO idea what it is?! It was right off the side of a common horse trail, though I think it's pretty cold. It seems to be made of iron, then it has beveled down ends.

Any help would be sweet! Thanks!!!

Isn't Similac a substitute for mother's milk? Or cow's milk too? I think you have a measuring "cup" for one bottle of Similac (mix the powder with water to make a bottle of baby formula.

Similac is baby formula; that's an old scoop from a container of baby formula. The tab is the handle. Similar to today's scoops, except modern ones are plastic.

No idea on the bullet shells or iron piece.
