Few finds from this morning

Fighting the heat today was tough 90+ but I couldn't stop when I was finding some good stuff. The brass lock was so deep I almost gave up. The rest was easy digging and I just took my time. I think I found a 1/4 of a large cent. I see an O by the point. The tombac and other buttons are always nice. I'm cooked like a lobster but ill be back out tomorrow if I get a chance. Thanks for looking.

Great cardioid lock! Interesting that you found that 1/4 cent...I found a 1/2 of a large cent back in the fall in NY state...seems that the LCs were cut for fractional values back in the day. Can you see any additional detail on it? Good job on the rest of the finds brother!

None yet still have to clean it up. Hope some detail will come out. I have 2 or three cut large cents also. I thought the lock was a good find. Thanks
