Obviously a reproduction. So you want to know which coin from which country it is copying?

looks like a commemorative "coin" celebrating 125 years, (125 Jahre), that the bank named "Sparkasse Herford", located in the district of Herford,
(Kreis Herford) has been in operation.

..not sure why Ferdinand III is important to the issue but,
Ferdinand III. D: G: Roman: Imp: S - AV, means...
Ferdinand III by the grace of god, (D. G. "dei gratia"),
holy roman emperor, (Roman Imp S AV... "Roman Imperator semper augustus).

Moneta nova means .."the new coin"
civiia hervord..."citizens of Herford"
