✅ SOLVED Female shoe buckle? Knee buckle?

Found at a mid 19th century cellar hole. Is it a shoe buckle from a small, female shoe? Is it a knee buckle? The flat button was found nearby, and there have been relics pulled from the cellar hole dating to the mid 19th century.
