Chief gun-grabber, Democrat senator Dianne Feinstein, went on MSNBC and told the former boss of the Federal Reserve’s wife that she will not rest until she bans so-called assault weapons.



“I recognize it’s an uphill battle,” she told Andrea Mitchell. “[But] the mothers, the women, the men of American have to make a decision as to whether their personal pleasure is more important than the general welfare.”

In other words, Americans exercising the Second Amendment are selfish pleasure-seeking hedonists who must be disarmed by the government.

“I intend to fight. I did it once before. If it doesn’t get done right now, be assured I will continue to press the case,” she said, according to the Washington Times.

Contrary to what some constantly think the ultimate aim is the total confiscation of our guns period............I dont want to hear it is just this gun, just that gun, just the clips or any other excuse to chip away at the 2nd...

Over 400 Sheriffs departments not even counting the police departments have already come forward stating they will not only not help the federal government, they will stand with the people to defend the Constitution and resist......

I don't care what any liberal, Democract, Republican, foreigner or anyone else says that is opposed to our guns, WE WILL NEVER GIVE UP OUR GUNS, push us in a corner this country will end up in a civil war and it will affect everyone not just the patriots resisting, it want be the North vs South either, it will be all over, it will be guerrilla warfare in the heart of America you will have sabatoge of public utilities....

Where do people think the stock market will go, the price of gas, food, and every other commodity....Obama declares Martial Law it affects everyone, if military draws blood one time it will be the spark and the point of no return as you will have the military fighting the military, there is no way a great many of the military are going to fire on their familes, friends and neighbors. Look at any civil war, you have the military fighting the military, you will have mass desertions, you already have Special forces and Marines coming out and stating they will stand with the people...

People like to joke and berate others about it, but it will be serious and you will have a lot of people saying "I never thought this would happen, I didn't think they were serious".....

I support weapons i don,t own,because i need the support of all owners.
The complacency of,well their not threatening me hurts all gun owners who are at risk,which are all.
As stated before,no fire fighting from me if at all possible,this little boy and his chair will squirrel most properly.

Must be another slooooow news day...usually when there are no gun-totting criminals blasting a school, the media's "Breaking News" attempts to make a foggy mist sound like its a major 100 year storm...so instead they gave the "Raving Idiot" another 15 minutes of fame...

I am stating I will stand with the American people and the over 400 sheriffs and unknow number of police who have said they will resist any attempt by the government to violate our 2nd amendment rights and the Constitution.....

Are you saying the over 400 sherriffs are threatening armed revolution against the U.S. Government, if so why hasn't even one of them been arrested since they posted it publically? Could it be because they have broken no laws because they have not threaten armed revolution, they have simply stated they will defend the Constitution? The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, not the president or any party or any other political figure....

Senator Diane reminds me of someone who wants to be important, but never will be. The real problem with any type of gun legislation is not just an attack on personal freedom. It is equally an attack on the free enterprise system and the U.S. and world economies. The results of any legislation will have a detrimental effect on every firearms dealer in the world. It will be more than a trickle down effect, more like a waterfall. From metal mines and their workers to manufacturing(gun firms) companies, to transportation firms, to regional dealers(wholesale and retail) and finally to us, people and jobs will be lost and the economy of this country and many other countries will be hurt. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think calmer heads are prevailing in Congress over the economic issue too. Treasure Hunter has been right from the start. The Bill of Rights is pretty much UNTOUCHABLE, not because things couldn't be changed, but because it has always been a sacred document that stands on its own. They are the guarantees of individual liberty that Jefferson and his friends demanded be included in writing before they would agree to support ratification. Even John Marshall, brilliant as he was in Marbury v. Madison (Judicial Review) and McCullough v. Maryland(Implied Powers Clause) and who disliked Jefferson mucho, mucho, mucho, was not dumb enough to go after the Bill of Rights in any form or fashion. I fully suspect that the vast majority of lawmakers today(except Diane and her few idiot compadres)have no desire to commit political suicide by touching them either. Well, just my "two cents"...

You are correct.

Resisting this is NOT armed revolt against this country as some imply, in fact it is the exact opposite. America is a Constitutional Republic, our constitution is the supreme law of the land, not the current adminstration or any administration.

Not to stand up and defend the Constitution by all means possible by each citizen with in their means and skills when it is under attack from any source is the supreme betrayal of this country.

I was against Nixon and vocal about it when he was president when Watergate was made public and I voted for him. He violated the law, his oath of office and the Constitution and needed to be removed from office, for him to have remained in office would have been a betrayal to the Constitution.

No president is above the law or the Constitution.
