Dug this up today. If anyone could help with the id i would be appreciate it.

This one looks like the same type they are dating 1905- 1911.

Taz42o is correct. According to the 616-page collectors' reference-book "American Military Belt Plates," your buckle is the US Navy's 1905 Regulation pattern, which was in service from that date until 1940, when the direction of the eagle's head was reversed. See Plate #1022 and info on page 608 of that book.
