February in Minnesota silver

An unusually warm day in Minnesota. Found some thawed spots in a park and got a my first barber quarter as a surprise. Also got what I think is a collar disk. Any ideas of the time period.

Barber quarter is a great find. Love old silver. No idea on disk age. I am guessing Viet nam or newer.
