Loving that FBS800 still its a nickel killer for sure! Also I have the feeling that before long gold will be in its future. The dime was in same excavation with about 6 inches of rusty coat hanger, sweetness! That wrist watch gear sounded off decently also it is resting on the clad quarter.

Nice hand full of clad !

and yes if your pulling nickels, if there is gold there,
you should find it :laughing7:

Thanks Jeff that boosted my confidence level a bit ! 8-) The area has had lots of traffic :lips: you would think lots of silver potential there. But bet it has been hit before:metaldetector: . Still if they left all those nickels maybe gold lurks, "Dum-Dum" Jaws theme music, there still :gold-bracelet:

BTW just in case no one noticed the dime surrounded by nickels is silver :laughing7: It would have been completely pristine except for my diggers slight signature :tongue3: on the back of Roosevelt's head.

Aaah Cool 1950 or 1960

yes your Spot on. People leave so many nickels they
cherry picked the first few inches, but left the deep old silver :laughing7:
