Sounded like good news bad news Dennis. With what you did and what the neighbors saw, something doesn't add up ??? Wouldn't be the first time and surely won't be the last that items are skirted away in secrecy. ( Doc Noss and Victorio Peak ) . Thanks for the update.

Unfortunately I Don't Think The F.O.I. act applies to Sealed Documents

Wonder if you could appeal to your Senator in Washington to investigate ?

Wow, been following for awhile, Congratulations!!!!!

I hope you get full disclosure from them!

Respectfully, tim.

Our lawyer is working with the Dep. of Justice getting ready to file paperwork in Federal Court for the info the FBI is holding back on. Hay 100 agents, 3 armored truck escorts , choppers tracking the shipment, military close by, 25 FBI black SUV's on site. All of this after the all night dig. Then they say NOTHING WAS FOUND :BangHead: and we have people seeing 7 quads loading up 6 black SUV's when the road was shut down into Dents Run. 6 black SUV's at each time , over and over until we showed up. Hay this gets better each day. The longer the FBI holds off the more we will post.:hello2:

It does to us only, we were part of the dig and info can not be held back from us. Now that info may never hit the general public if we get it. Not sure how this will end.

Interesting story, but very disappointing to me as lots of speculation of things and would like to hear of some concrete proof or evidence. I would love to see a story of lost gold such as this turn out to be true, regardless of who finds it, but I'm honestly just as skeptical as I've always been. Hopefully though you will find out more information going the legal route and any info not released you can have it legally disclosed.

I’m a little confused.
I thought there was a claim that a DNR employee snuck in and afterwards the signal indicating treasure was no longer detectable. This being prior to the FBI dig?
I’m also confused about the dig location. Is it under a fire pit or inside a cave or both?

How about linking to or posting the court documents? They should be public records.

Very interesting.

According to the article (per FBI), there was no gold found. Until that is actually proven it's all conjecture. I wish you luck in your future court battles. I hope you prevail. It's the FBI you're dealing with though. One of the most corrupt law enforcement agencies around. They've lied and screwed you from the get go so...

Pretty interesting. Next time find a smaller treasure that you can whisk away in secrecy at night yourself. That seems to be how its done. That's a pretty big operation ad turnout of people and equipment for "nothing" to be found.

I don't see what really matters here as once you called the government in they might as well be the ones that found it. If you was part of the dig I still don't see any proof of treasure, you have no pictures of all that gold?

So 7 to 9 tons of gold is about 10-12 wagons. There must of been a lot of wagon parts around.

Well dog gone it.....its still just a story
