Was D.B. Cooper real, or memorex. I think the flight crew stagged the highjacking and split the money among themselfves. Why else would there be absolutely no leads on who D.B. Cooper really is. Fake evidence for a fake man that never really jumped.

the money never entered into circulation...its somewhere on the ground..

I think $5000 was found by a boy several years ago near a creek.It was identified by the FBI.

Recent forensic testing ran on his necktie that was left behind on the jetliner, indicates something of interest not seen before. Microscopic particles of titanium were found in the fibers using an electron microscope. At the time, titanium was only being used on Boeing's SST project. The tiny particles indicated Cooper was most likely involved in milling or casting, as an engineer not for Boeing, but for the company that was supplying the titanium to the Boeing company. In 1971, the SST project was canceled, putting many folks out of work.
