This how i set up my 10" sluice. Peice of punch plate up top to cut down on classifying, made peice of strap to hold down the green TPR riffled mat.
Attached second section of sluice to make it a 6 footer. Using sections of miners moss and ribbed carpet in the upper part shoved underneath upper sluice. Have large expanded on top of all that. The second section is for a just incase. Gold always ends up in the upper sluice.
Have never lost any gold. Just make sure all your material hits the punch plate first and have your water flow going right over the top of the plate.
