A friend and I visited a new farm, which resulted in some beautiful Viking artifacts, some of them must be considered as art even at the time they were made.

The film contains far more finds than I have posted pictures of, partly because I do not want to post pictures of my friend's finds, but these were filmed.

Wow, more great finds Mr. Tell. I would consider them art as well. The Viking watch was my favorite. :laughing7:

:happysmiley: :happysmiley: yes the clock is a bit strange from the other findings, but shows that there has been activity until today

Absolutely beautiful strap end.
Congratulations on your recovery and to your friend who recovered some awesome things also.
Banner worthy it is.:occasion14:

What a field rich with finds. You guys slayed it. How fun to be on a site that once was home to Vikings. Pretty cool. Thanks for sharing the video also.

Those are some great finds

I'm assuming that's a Strap-end, not seen that exact type before, very nice typical hidden animal faces. Good condition.:occasion14:

Nice to get a complete 4-way strap junction, they do turn up in the UK but I haven't had one.

Yes it's a strap-end, I did´t se this type before. But when I came home to look on Facebook, a find was posted with exactly the same decor in Denmark found about 1800 km from my find.

I once owned (brought & sold) a stunning chunky Viking Buckle & Plate with the exact same animal head type. Wish I kept it, but needed to re-invest in other collections.

Thank you for a brief view of super stuff...! :icon_thumright:

awesome finds!!
