Since most gold on the east coast Piedmont region is very small locked up inside the quartz I decided to go with the Falcon MD20 and I couldn't be happier with it. It's super sensitive but it definitely does what it's designed to do. The ore also contains a nice streak of Galena that makes the detector go crazy.
