Fake?

Please pardon the very blurry pic. This is being auctioned as a "shipwreck coin" with a partial date of "161-".

This look legit to anyone? I think I already know the answer but would like more knowledgable input.

Spanish copper reale. "Pirate Money" maravedis of Philippe III, 1598-1621 AD. Castle within circle, C-II and inscription "PHILIPPVS..." / Lion with crown, inscription "+ HISPANIORUM REX". 17 mm, olive-green patina with earthen deposits.

The top notch in the coin could be from were the coin was struck when made, but the bottom one was purposely cut to check metal content, so I would say this is the real deal...cool find
