Fake Seated Liberty Quarter?

I posted this in another forum awhile back but didn't get many results. I figured that I would post it here to maybe find a better explanation. Obviously this is not silver. A gentle baking soda rub too the coating right off. I'm a little confused at what this is...

there are a lot of counterfeits out there, here are links to two examples for that year

Is it the same size as an actual quarter of that age? If so, then you have a very nice counterfeit. If it's much larger or much smaller then I would call it a novelty. I'm leaning more towards nice counterfeit though!
