F5 setttings

I am curious as to what everybody uses for their settings at different places and why. I have been running at 60 for sensitivity and threshold at 0 but I haven't been finding to much other than a button, a couple washers and a pocket knife. I worry that I should be using different settings and I am missing the good stuff. I basically just picked those numbers out of the air.

Also how accurate does the confidence meter seem to be.

It has always depended for me. I try to run a gain of around 75-85 threshold of 1 or 2 and a disc of around 6. If it chatters heavy turn one down, turn it up until it chatters. I play it by ear always.
