Ok I have had mine for a few weeks maybe 20 hours on it so far. I like it but I am really having some learning curve issues.

DIME BOUNCE - ie good hit when I come back to narrow it down it seems like it starts bouncing btwn 10 and 25 in DISC.

COIL DRIFT - the longer I hunt it seems to make my sweet spot drift. Shut it down eat a hoho and fire it up and its on the money.

ALL METAL mode - lets just say I have every video and read every post I can. I cant seem to get it at all. Weak target seem to cut low hum off! I have really become a pro at GB because I am always double checking it.

Please help. anyone....

Twenty hours is a start. Have you buried known targets and practiced on them? Bury both coins and some junk. Bury a sample ring. Scan them over and over. Walk a way and scan them again. Get to the point that you can feel what the detector is trying to tell you. I learn something every time I hunt.

I did with coins when I first got it and have learned as I went. I think a test patch in my yard is a great idea Grizl! I will try it!!

Remember, bury some trash too. Put a dime and a pull tap 18" apart and move back and forth between them. Learn the difference. You can even mark the spots with colored toothpics. They are colored with food dye, not paint, so they will not set off a signal. Your machine is telling you what it is seeing. You just have to learn to listen.
