I always go and pick up a roll of AE's. They are always the first to get them from the mint, and with the bounty of dealers, it is very competitive. Last year, I paid $13.54 per ounce. Who is should I take my cobs to for appraisal/sale? I also have a few pillar dollars from the Hollandia that I'm interested in determining their value.

There are several dealers from Michigan and California that specialize in cobs and shipwreck coins. Dan Sedwick has a booth there every year.

Besides Dan Sedwick there are a few others. I will work on digging up their names and assigned booth numbers. On behalf of Dave Crooks I would like to invite everyone here to the Sunken Treasure Literature Club meeting. It is in conjunction with the FUN coin show on Friday, Jan. 8th, at 2pm in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando (Room 330B). For more info look here:

I have made the show and the meeting the last three years and tentatively plan to be at this one. If you can make it you won't be disappointed. More info on the show is here:
