I am 77 and have had (3)back fusions,(1) neck fusion,5months ago i had a complete right shoulder replacement in bad shape will take a year to mend.My back is full of steel ,but the worse thing is to sit idle so i have to do some walking every day.Being right handed its tough.TAke my advise and do not get OLD.
