No... Original Box or Book. The instruction manual can be found at Garrett's Web-Site I believe, or on the Garrett Forum Section. I have no idea about warranty, because the former owner I purchased the unit from, never specified about any warranty, but he assured me that the unit was well taken care of and working perfectly, and I agree, the detect looks well taken care of with the appropriate rain and dust covers. However there is a deal with a member in the works at the moment.
