Found this a few yrs ago camping with the scouts at a CW reenactment. Showed to one of the actors. He thought it was horse brass. But not from CW. He said probably WWI era.

Yes, its a Great Seal, so post-1902. Yes its a horse rosette, but the date someone else might pin down, I guess WWI-WWII.
