Exploring my Great Grandmother's House (Part 2): Wind-Up Toys and Post Cards

A few months back I posted a thread, which can be found on my profile, about several artifacts gifted to me by my great grandmother, who turned 100 last month. On top of the fact that she has many artifacts from her time, she has also kept artifacts from her past relatives. Those older artifacts are what I've posted in this thread. I hope to learn some information on these items. Enjoy the read!

Hello! Today I am posting about one wind up toy, and 5 genuine leather postcards.

MOUSE WIND UP TOY:

This toy has puzzled me for quite some time. There are no makers marks whatsoever on this item. Upon winding the peg attached to the back of the mouse, I noticed that it makes the following functions:

•Bows head
•Wipes from side to side with a napkin in right hand
•Moves left hand up and down (in a stabbing motion) as if there used to be a knife in said hand.

Here are several pictures of the wind up toy:

Any, and I mean ANY, information on this piece would be awesome!

FIVE LEATHER POST CARDS:

Alright, I will say now that I find these EXTREMELY interesting. So much history here. These antique post cards are made of geniune leather. I chose five for the thread, but she has a whole album of these. The also have photographs ornately carved and painted onto them. The earliest date that I can work out of these five is October 1900, and the latest I can make out is from July 1907. Let me know if these are worth anything as well.

Here are several pictures of the post cards:
