Anyone with PTSD you need to be careful and watch some other videos on slowly relieving the stress. There are other youtube channels so you just need to look. This one is Sukie Baxter. When I first did this exercise I didn't notice any problems until later that day when some old bad memories cropped up. Wasn't real bad but it happened.
But the main reason I am posting this is many poeple do not get relaxed enough before using an L-rod. I've mentioned using a skin galvanometer GSR for learning to get calmed down but this exercise helps without having to learn anything. It just works. Trama and stress from years ago gets stored in the vagus nerve system--kinda like being swept under the carpet, but it's still there. That's why I say be careful and don't go too fast. If you have serious issues you should check with medical help before attempting this. Certainly study up on it. A bunch of youtube videos out there.
