looks like one, hard stuff to work with.
 

That is definitely a quartz point. It's probably a Morrow Mountain--approx. 6000-7000 years old . Congrats. Check out the Morrow Mountains in the following link...



Edit: You can clean it up with dish soap and a tooth brush.

I’d be curious to see how thick it is from the side profile. If you don’t mind.

I find it very hard to photograph the white quartz. It doesn't show the work as well. The hump or highest point in the middle I would say is no more than 4 nickels high. Its pretty average thickness to others I've found around here.
