I recently got my new Garrett AT Max coil. It took care of all chattering . Can't say enough about the support at Garrett and how the detector works. I went to a local park that has a lot of trash. Went three days for about two hours each and found this....27 clad quarters, 23 clad dimes, 2 nickels, 47 copper pennies, 8 zinc pennies, 2 game tokens, and 2 wheaties, one i can make the date of 1932...the other is almost smooth. Thanks for looking at my first find post...hope to post many more.....I enjoy the forum greatly!

Nice haul. Glad you got your detector fixed. It is really hard to sniff out the good stuff when your detector is giving you constant static and clatter. Been there a couple of times over the years.

Keep swingin.

Nice digs! That's a lot of holes! Congrats! :icon_thumleft:

Nice coin haul!
Maybe that's what is wrong with my AT Pro, it sounds like R2 D2 on steroids.

Hahaha...that's exactly how mine sounded...After the new coil, I done a factory reset, turned the sensitivity down all the way, then I ground balanced, then turned the sensitivity up to three or four bars...I Found out, if there is a lot of trash, then three bars is best, the cleaner the site the more sensitivity can be used.

Congrats on the nice series of hunts and welcome from Northern Virginia :skullflag:
