this site has 4 pretty awesome plot maps of my little town of Meredosia. very nice dates and descriptions. free to browse. you can take print screens, save to *.tif and then overlay in google maps to get locations of old homes in your area very nice descriptions on mine. family names...etc. check it out and let me know if your area gave you any details. I put 10 bucks on my account (not necessary) in case I want some of the extra features of the maps.

That is an excellent site. Thanks! Got all the available maps for my area that are on that site already, but it does give me options to other areas where I do not have those maps yet.
