I am kind of a numbers freak and have a Excel spreadsheet for CRHing. It has all the formula's to total everything. It add's total coins searched, face value and melt value. There is even a clickable link for the melt value page. Shown below is a screenshot of it. If you want a copy PM me but make sure you include your regular email address. I will send it as and attachment. You have to have Excel on your computer to use it.

Nice spreadsheet AW. I also keep one.

I don't keep track of how many boxes or coins I have searched. It is basically the same as yours with the formulas set up for values. I just have to change the silver price every so often to get the current dollar value with the formulas I have set up.

It's fun to play with.

I also use excel for my whole collection, but for CRH I just have silver in Dollars, halves, quarters, dimes, nickels - pennies and foreign I don't really keep track of. I have it output total found, total oz, and total value. Also added 2nd page for keeping track of boxes, since I can get em now.

He's got that right. My Bro has a spread sheet for just about everything he does public or private....ehehee. I am using one he set up for my metal detecting but I just haven't found the need for doing it with CRHing. I just look in my bag of coins after putting some more in and say........some day I'll cash them in.....eheheh.
