Example of Murphys law

Been there and done that, moved away from that stuff.

23" wipers may be needed. Windshield streaks are infuriating!
Peace ✌

The truck is fitted with the 22", 23" would take it off the windshield. The streak seems to always happen half way across or eye level.

Here's another example. Buy a shirt, the maker sews 4 extra buttons on the inner shirt tail for just in case one falls off, but it never happens. It's always the shirt that doesn't have an extra button.

Buy something that comes in a hundred piece like the barbecue there's never a screw or nut or bolt missing if they provide an extra, so a person always have one left over. If they don't sure as sh** there'll be one missing.

Dude, in my life it's when something CAN'T POSSIBLY go wrong...and IT DOES....which is most of the time! I Kid you not, evidently I am not alone out here in the twilight zone they actually have a word for it.

We are not supposed to be the Arctic circle here in the "lower" north east but we are!

If I leave it at home thinking I won't need it, well I will have to turn around and go get it because it broke, example: headphone cord, pinpointed, extra batteries, to name a few. Take it and nothing ever breaks.

Here's 1 of a million.... Live in TN. and loaded up to visit family in MI. Car all loaded and ready to leave. Should I throw in my MD or not? Naw... not this time. Trips all planned and won't have time. Drive all the way up and my step son is all geeked up!!!! I ask what's up with you? Brad, your NOT going to believe where we're going MDing. I got permission to hunt this lot where this (photo) house used to sit. It's all I've thought about he says.... You know the rest!!!! :tongue3:

I do not believe in Murphy's law, I subscribe to Parkinson's theorem. Parkinson said Murphy was an optimist!

That's what I'm talking about right there, take it and it wouldn't have ever happened.

Went on a road trip to visit an Uncle that was a caretaker of an unknown property, didn't pack the machine for the same reason. Got there decided to stay over, caretaker of an estate it turned out, sitting on an old hotel site, nobody ever had detected the place, topic of my passion came up and a BIG FILL YOUR BOOTS SON reply, as I stared over the manicured landscape I quietly :crybaby2:looking out of the window of the stone carriage house.

Just read a little bio. on Parkinson & Murphy, see your point, liking some points, but I'm going with Murphy.
