Re: Every time i go to the old house i find something new........

I used to have an Antique razor collection and that would have made
a worthy addition!! Great find.

Now that's a cool razor.

I used to have one some what like that, I found it in an old home I was remodeling.

Couldn't tell ya where the thing is now though.

Nice! You can actually still by blades for razors like that. You need one of those brushes to go with it .

Looks Good!

You probably could shave with it if it will unscrew to fit a new blade...

Things have came a long way. Those old double edge razors were old core for sure compared to the ones they have now. I use an electric anyways. I still use my old norelco from 1982

I grew up with that razor. What's the big deal? :D Really, it was just a razor, and it was a big improvement from the straight edge blade, which was like ... 5 inches long that had to be sharpened by some bizarre means.

I can recall unscrewing the handle from the head to change the blade. No, the guys complained all the time if us gals used the razor even once. YOU DULLED MY BLADE!!! Ha! Those blades were good for about 1-4 uses, depending upon your useage. I still have some razors and blades...

Gads, I'm old...
