Where's the fire? Their detecting patterns are a Z shape. Maybe they can't see it but from the GoPro perspective you can easily see they are missing lots of ground.

I take 1/2 steps and my next swing always borders the last. When I had the 4 inch coil it was tedious but now with the Legend and the LG24 coil it feels huge compared to the 4 incher. I can cover so much more ground.

My earliest of days being a kid low and slow on a RadioShack Micronta 3001 over and over again one way then the other countless penny finds I mean countless in backyard alone, let alone the front yard. After I thought I finished cleaning a large Bics Pickle Jar full. I decided to purchase another over working and saving to purchase a Whites 400D Series 3 at a pawn shop brand new detector. Again it was low and slow not setting discrimination past foil with even sweeps and again filled that pickle Jar. That is all it takes is taking it slow and even and listening to even the littlest of chirps.

I wasn’t even using head phones but it’s all about criss crossing your sweeps over and over and even hitting the soil after a damp rain I would still dig up more coinage for a trip to the corner store to buy Mojos ,carmels and bazooka joe bubble and small candies of the sort, anything a few pennies could buy , that was real determination.

I have also noticed some very random walking and swinging . Seem to have no movement pattern nor consistency of swing height / angle... They obviously haven't watched the old DVD supplied by Garrett back in the day ..👨‍🦯
