Found this today don’t know what it’s made of what it could be maybe a piece of junk but I’m dying to know. Lol IMG_2883.JPGIMG_2884.JPGIMG_2885.JPG

Also going through my junk bag I found what I thought was a piece of brass and then I noticed it had the word BANNER on it. Broke it doing the knee cleaning method. IMG_2882.JPG

I've had stuff like that before Truth. It always makes you wonder !

Well whatever it is, it might be a banner find and you already have the banner. Congrats.

Hi i think i need help identifying some things too?.

Maybe it is a stale (like 100 years) Nonpareil candy.......

The first thing looks like it might be a wheel from an early 20th century toy

If I remember right there was a "Banner" buggy...........

Try electrolysis It's simple to make a unit. I use a battery charger for a laptop to power mine. I mix one tablespoon of salt in one cup of water in a glass container ( I use a Measuring cup). Cut the end off the charger and splice two alligator clips to the wires. I use clips on 12" leaders to make placing the item in the solution easier. With the charger plugged in dip the clips in the solution and take note which one fizzes. That is the one you want to put on the item you are cleaning. Attach the other clip to a piece of steel, I use cheapo spoons from Wal-Mart or an old bolt, whatever I have on hand. Make sure that the item and steel piece do not come into contact with each other. I use a piece of plastic pipe to keep them separated. Depending on the amount of crud it could take an hour or more to clean an item. I pull whatever I am cleaning out at 10 minute intervals and wipe it down with a shop rag. The solution will get dirty but that doesn't affect it.

Here's a short video I made .
